This session will help agribusiness leaders take a proactive approach to managing employee performance and behavior before issues escalate. Participants will learn how to recognize early warning signs, conduct timely and effective conversations, and document concerns appropriately to support fair and consistent management practices. By addressing challenges early, businesses can reduce risk, strengthen employee accountability, and foster a more positive and productive workplace. Building on core human resources fundamentals, this session provides practical strategies to help participants confidently manage employee issues. An optional second hour will offer time for questions and discussion, allowing participants to explore the topics in greater depth.
