ACAP Keystone trainings will be a required first step to achieve the Agricultural Conservation Professional training certification (a new program in development), and pending ACAP workgroup review and approval, this will also be part of the county training requirements for ACAP delegation agreements (like ESM training for Dirt and Gravel Roads delegation agreements).

The ACAP Keystone Training addresses basic ag literacy for new or seasoned professionals, resource concern identification on agricultural lands, criteria for ag best management practices, in-field basics needed to provide technical assistance, conservation practice function and implementation, and combined funding strategies.
