For our PennAg Membership’s Annual Spring Banquet

Please note that our membership’s annual meeting will take place on the same date and at the exact location, but will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the Banquet following at 6:00 p.m.

A look back at the 2025 Spring Banquet

Thank you to all our members and supporters who joined us on Wednesday, March 27, 2025, at Spooky Nook Sports Complex for the annual PennAg Spring Banquet. We had a fun evening celebrating the leaders and members of Pennsylvania’s animal ag and agribusiness industries. We also welcome two patrons to our Two Distinguished Service Award Hall of Fame.

PennAg hosted Dr. Melissa Furman of Career Potential as the Spring Banquet featured speaker. The evening began with a networking social hour consisting of hors d’oeuvres and drinks followed by a dinner and a educational, professional career growth program by Dr. Furman.

The 2025 Annual PennAg Membership Business Meeting

Our membership’s annual business meeting was held on April 17, 2025 at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Manheim, PA. PennAg hosted Dr. Melissa Furman of Career Potential as our guest speaker this year. Dr. Furman, shared insight and tips on successful professional branding and how generations in the agricultural workforce can work together to bridge the gaps while building relationships.

PennAg’s 2025 Distinguished Service Award Winners

PennAg recognized Richard (Dick) Sharrer, President and CEO of Ag Com, Inc., as the 2025 Industry Distinguished Service Award winner and Michael Brammer Executive Director of Pennsylvania FFA Association as the Non-Industry Distinguished Service Award winner. For most of their careers, these winners have been crucial in supporting Pennsylvania agriculture and its community.
