Meet Our Keynote Speaker For the 2026 Spring Banquet & Annual Membership Meeting

We are pleased to announce that Delaney Howell, a prominent figure in the agricultural industry, will give an address on “the Quiet Strength of Agricultural Entrepreneurs,” at our banquet and will host a workshop-style keynote session, “Building Your Presence: Trust is the New Marketing”, at our Annual Membership meeting, focusing on personal branding and building your professional presence.

While she is a well-known Ag media personality, she is also an entrepreneur, with experience in podcasting and running a boutique marketing firm. For her keynote at the banquet, Delaney will draw on the deep entrepreneurial roots of agriculture and reframe them in a modern context, exploring the unexpected and powerful overlaps between start-up culture and farming.

At the annual membership meeting, Delaney’s workshop will equip agricultural professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to define and refine their personal brand and present it with confidence, both authentically and strategically.

In this workshop, you have an opportunity to unpack what makes a brand unforgettable in this industry, and you’ll walk away with a 90-day roadmap to help you elevate your presence in everyday life.

A Look Back at the 2025 Spring Banquet

Thank you to all our members and supporters who joined us on Wednesday, March 27, 2025, at Spooky Nook Sports Complex for the annual PennAg Spring Banquet. We had a fun evening celebrating the leaders and members of Pennsylvania’s animal ag and agribusiness industries. We also welcome two patrons to our Two Distinguished Service Award Hall of Fame.

PennAg hosted Dr. Melissa Furman of Career Potential as the Spring Banquet featured speaker. The evening began with a networking social hour featuring hors dโ€™oeuvres and drinks, followed by dinner and an educational, professional career growth program led by Dr. Furman.
